The Iowa Mountains
Ok I know Iowa doesn’t have mountains. At best we have a few steep hills. But we do have some lovely river valleys and in the winter we can dream about skiing down tree lined slopes. Click photo for full sized view.
End of Day on The Farm
This old barn has seen many sunsets but its days are now numbered and soon it will be replaced with a modern steel building with half the utility and none of the character of this classic.

Shadow Play
Fresh snow, so I set off to take some landscapes of vast parkland unsullied by human footsteps. The first thing I saw was this shadow play. It was twenty minutes before I got back to my original project. I do love a happy accident.
